SEÑORA Murielle MONTIONE
BURRELL & IGO ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS
¡Hola! My name is Murielle Montione, and this year will be my 16th
year teaching in the Foxborough Public School System.
Like the past school years, I am teaching all the students at the Burrell
Elementary School (grades 1-4), as well as one 2nd grade Class and three out of the four 4th grade classes at the Igo Elementary School.
I was born and raised just outside Paris, France and have been living
in the United States for 20 years. I became an American citizen in
2008. I am also a mom of 13-year-old twins – Emily and
Thomas – who just started 8th grade.
Foreign languages have always been a passion. French being my native
tongue, I also studied English, Spanish and German. After receiving
an MBA from the Sorbonne University in Paris and working in various
European countries in international marketing, I decided to come back
to my first love, teaching children. I have also had the opportunity
to study at the University of Santiago de Compostela, Spain with
teachers from all over the world.
I am very energetic, enthusiastic, and have an unyielding commitment
to education. I am delighted to have the opportunity to teach your
children and expose them to a multicultural environment in a growing
global world.
My favorite hobbies are spending time with my family, cooking, singing, playing the piano, practicing yoga and meditation, and of course...TRAVELING and CONNECTING with people all over the world:)
If you have any question or if you would just like to introduce
yourself, feel free to contact me via the office, through your
child’s teacher, or via email: [email protected]
